Yoga for kids is so much fun! We modify lots of traditional yoga postures so that they complement a theme. This is a great way to engage children of all ages. We also adapt many traditional postures to become partner and group postures to encourage children to work together and support each other. In addition to the great benefits children receive from participating in yoga sessions with School Time Yoga all sessions are LOTS OF FUN!!
